Strategy

The activities of TSV are guided by a strategy that defines the long-term objectives and the directions in which the operations should be developed. The annual reports, on the other hand, describe how the objectives have been met each year in practice. On this page, you can find the TSV strategy and annual reports for different years.

Strategy 2024–2030

The strategy of the Federation of Finnish Learned Societies steers the activities of TSV in 2024–2030. The strategy defines what kind of future TSV intends to build and what matters it will focus on in its work in the coming years.

The matters at the core of the strategy include the impact of the research community, the accessibility of scientific knowledge, and what kinds of scientific and assessment practices and operating method should be used. The strategy guides TSV to strengthen cooperation between the research community, to make research-based information available to society and to develop its activities in the national and international operating environment.
